4. Risk and Ownership
- Domestic shipments remain our responsibility until delivery.
- For export shipments, risk and ownership transfer according to the agreed Incoterms.
- Buyers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Missing Goods
If products are received damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photographs and relevant shipment details.
- Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted.
